Timothy Thomasson lives and works in in Montreal, Quebec. He creates interdisciplinary work that engages with fluctuating notions of identity and social structure -- specifically examining technologies’ role in crafting and distorting both entities. He works with film, sound, animation, and utilizes computational models in many of his projects to create generative environments and systems. He has exhibited his work during Nuit Blanche Montreal (Art Matters 2017, 2018). He is a graduating student with a BFA in Computation Art from Concordia University (Montreal), and has studied filmmaking at the London College of Communication (UK).
